Course outline:

  1. Five-module, multicenter, blended course.
  2. Each module will comprise of one week.
  3. Will include case-based presentations on common aspects of chronic liver disease by renowned national faculty.
  4. Interactive face to face sessions with participants will be conducted on every Tuesday.
  5. Eleven centers across Pakistan will be involved at the same time (Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi/ Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta)
  6. Centers will be connected via Zoom.
  7. Study material, including faculty presentations, will be uploaded on Tuesday evening (after every session, on our official website portal)
  8. An MCQ assessment test (20 MCQs) will be uploaded on Thursday evening.
  9. Participants will be able to access the assessment test till Monday night 11:59pm (i.e. one day before start of the next module).
  10. Passing criteria: a. 100% attendance in all modules b. At least 60% marks in individual tests
  11. Certificates to successful participants will be emailed to them at the end of the course.
  12. Course is free for participants, but requires time commitment as above, and basic awareness of internet use.
